On Wednesday, March 27th 2019 the Labor Department of Bali as a representative of the Indonesian Labor Ministry, held an annual event to inform about Foreign Worker regulations. All the companies who have foreign workers were invited, including our company PT. Bina Tjahaja Pertiwi. The purpose of the event is to help the companies to prepare the legal documents required when employing foreign workers. We were trained in the process of how to apply for RPTKA (working permit) and how to extend the permit. Because there were some changes, especially online application over the last year it was very useful. We were very grateful to be part of the event since there was a lot of information and networking opportunities with the relevant agencies. It has boosted our confidence to process our own and assist our clients to apply for RPTKA in the future.
