The seminar was held by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, on November 7, 2019, where Pak Heri was the speaker who served as one of the leaders in the Ministry of Manpower. The second speaker from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Prov. Bali named Mrs. Wayan who handles the field of immigration. There are more than 50 companies scattered in Bali who participated in this seminar which took place at Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel. Like the Pertiwi team, Sinta attended this seminar in order to increase knowledge and experience in dealing with foreign workers and how to employ them in the company, what positions can be occupied and an explanation of the new Ministerial Regulation. With this seminar, every company is expected to have the same perception and knowledge in employing foreign workers. Here participants can also submit complaints and difficulties they experience in processing RPTKA, Notifications, accessing visas online and VITAS TKA in Indonesia.
