Last year, Verena and Pertiwi Team, together with our partner Trisakti Sustainability Center, developed a Roadmap for a Climate Change Strategy for an Indonesian commercial bank. This project aimed to support the Indonesian government’ regulation OJK 15/2017 and to implement the Paris Agreement Further, such a strategy will secure the Bank’s growth by reducing its exposure to climate risk.

During this project, we helped the Bank by raising awareness about climate change. We assisted with the data requirements to start a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory for the bank and conducted a preliminary climate change impact analysis of the bank’s investments.

By providing a 3 phases roadmap for ten years ahead, we propose how and what our client can do to manifest its climate change strategy and achieve climate change resilient operations and investments.

This year, we are ready to work with our clients on their next steps of their strategy.
