As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting workers’ welfare and protection, a representative from Pertiwi-Consulting participated in the Socialization of the Employment Social Security Protection Program, held on May 15, 2025, at Harris Hotel and Conventions.

The event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including company representatives, HR professionals, and relevant institutional bodies. Its primary objective was to enhance awareness and understanding of the benefits and significance of the employment social security program.

During the session, participants were provided with essential insights into workers’ rights and responsibilities, as well as the comprehensive protection mechanisms available under the program. These include:

• Work Accident Insurance (JKK)
• Death Insurance (JKm)
• Old Age Security (JHT)
• Pension Insurance (JP)

The program emphasized the importance of active participation in these schemes to ensure worker security and welfare, both in the short and long term.

It is our hope that all attendees, including our own team, will serve as catalysts for change in their respective organizations—promoting the implementation of employment social security and contributing to a safer, more productive, and sustainable work environment.
