PERTIWI-CONSULTING REPRESENTATIVES ATTEND BALI TOURISM AND INVESTMENT CHAMBER (BTIC) LAUNCH EVENT
December 3, 2025Representatives from Pertiwi-Consulting attended a seminar organized by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia titled “Partnership Network Forum on Workforce Placement and Strengthening the Control of Foreign Worker Utilization in Industrial Areas.” The event took place on 9 October 2025 at Bedrock Hotel, Kuta – Bali.
The seminar was attended by speakers from several relevant government institutions, including representatives from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, the Department of Manpower and Energy and Mineral Resources of Bali Province, and the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office.
During the presentation session, the Ministry of Manpower representatives highlighted several key points related to:
- Policies and programs on Vocational Training;
- Utilization of the Employment Service Information System (SIAPkerja);
- Government policies regarding Workforce Placement in Indonesia;
- Services and regulations related to the Utilization of Foreign Workers (TKA).
In addition, representatives from the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office delivered material on immigration regulations, particularly those concerning the use of Foreign Workers and the procedures for obtaining Residence Permits for expatriate employees.
Through this seminar, the Pertiwi-Consulting team gained deeper and more comprehensive insights into employment regulations, especially regarding TKA reporting obligations, licensing procedures, and the essential requirements companies must fulfill when employing Foreign Workers. These insights further strengthen our commitment to delivering accurate, relevant, and legally compliant consulting services.
